December Social Sewing Day – A Cosy Post-Christmas Reset & Creative Get-Together in Shropshire

Join us for our December Sewing Social on Saturday 27th December 2025

It's the perfect chance to take a breather from all the festive busyness or enjoy a warm, creative get-together if your Christmas has felt a little quiet.

Whether you’re craving a peaceful day just for yourself or looking to reconnect with friendly faces, our December Sewcial offers a calm, welcoming space to unwind, stitch, chat and recharge.

New to sewing socials?
You’ll be in great company. Our community is full of people just like you who love to make things with their hands. We welcome absolute beginners, accomplished dressmakers and everyone in between. Whatever your skill level, you’ll find support, inspiration and a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.

Bring your project, your machine and your festive (or not-so-festive!) spirit and enjoy a restorative day of creativity with Shropshire Sews.

Doors open at 10am and we finish at 4pm

Refreshments are included in your ticket price

Raffle tickets can be purchased on the day

The Shropshire Sews Pop Up Shop will also be available

We know that life happens — if you’ve booked a spot at one of our Social Sewing Days and can no longer make it, here’s what to do:

If you let us know at least 7 days in advance, we’re happy to:

• Move your booking to the next available session, or

• Issue you a full refund — whichever you prefer!

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds or move your booking if we receive less than 7 days’ notice, as final preparations are already underway by then. You’re very welcome to book again for a future session.
